Get Involved - A Step by Step Guide

Do you want to get your child in to Tennis Hot Shots?

Great! Just follow these four simple steps...

1. Decide what Tennis Hot Shots experience is right for your child. Community Play or Coaching?

Community Play is a low cost (no more than $5 per session) fun, structured, play based experience for 3 - 12 year olds. A great chance to 'try before you buy' - you can see if your child enjoys tennis and the environment before committing time or finances. Community Play sessions are led by club volunteers, parents, guardians or other helpers.

Coaching sessions are run by qualified and registered tennis coaches. They teach kids to play tennis in fun, supportive and interactive sessions. Hot Shots coaching can be one-on-one or in a small group and lessons are often structured and charged on a termly basis.

2. Use the 'where to play' page to find your nearest Tennis Hot Shots venue.

Just type in your town, suburb, city, postcode or even your local tennis clubs' name if you know it. Once you have used the 'where to play' page to search for your nearest venue(s) you will see a tick or a cross indicating the programmes they offer. Some venues offer Coaching and Community Play, some offer just one of the programmes.

3. Contact your venue

A contact phone number and a secure messaging system is provided for each registered Tennis Hot Shots venue and coach. Get in touch with them to talk through what they offer in more detail. You will be able to find out times, costs, session availability and even information about adults tennis if you're looking to play yourself!

4. Get on court and enjoy Tennis Hot Shots

We hope you have a great time!
